We’re proud to share a truly special Over Easy Solar installation at Breitwiesen Primary School in Gerlingen, Germany. Our Xm3 vertical solar units were installed on an existing green roof — and what made this project stand out was the roof’s 12-degree slope, which required customized planning and expert execution.
This wasn’t a standard installation. Making it work on a sloped green roof took specific technical know-how and close coordination — and that’s exactly where strong partnerships made all the difference.
A big thank you to the City of Gerlingen — especially Frank Marohn — for the great collaboration and shared determination to bring this project to life. And huge thanks to Tim Kußmaul and the entire Reba Solar team for their technical expertise, commitment, and hands-on problem-solving that made this installation possible. This is also special because it marks our first XM3 installation - the newest product we just introduced some months ago.
